What does Green Poop say about your health?

Poop simply means solid waste from the body. Normally, a person's general health can be determined by using their poop appearance. Apart from green foods, blue and purple foods can also lead to green poop. These foods include grapes, cranberries and red wine.

Home remedies for green poop

Here are some home remedies that you can take to turn your poop from green to brown. Increase the amount of fermented foods in your diet.
