Hawthorn (Crataegus Monogyra): Scald one teaspoon of ground plant with 250 ml of boiling water. Cover for 15 minutes, then strain. Drink 3 cups a day.

Quackgrass (Agropiron Repens): One teaspoon of crushed root is placed in 250 ml of water and boiled for 5 minutes, then strained. Discard the water. Put another water on the plant and boil again for 5 minutes. Strain and consume 3 cups a day. Drop some baking soda into the cup before drinking.

Motherwort (Leonorus Cardiaca): Scald one teaspoon of ground plant with 250 ml of boiling water. Cover for 15 minutes, then strain. You can consume 3 cups a day. It is a good general sedative.

Red wine: Red wine is a very effective remedy, but take only small amounts of 50 ml, three times a day.

Polyphenol from grapes: Neutralizes the effect of free radicals, the main cause of plaque on the walls of blood vessels. This will also make the blood thin, preventing clots. It also contains vegetable dyes and tannins that prevent the deposition of cholesterol and sclerosis of the vessels. The maximum recommended amount is 300 ml per day.
