• Shredded horseradish root
• Red pepper, chopped
• Apple cider vinegar

Use the above ingredients in equal amounts, 1 part each. Wash and cut or grate all vegetables. Three quarts fill a glass jar with these wonderful ingredients in equal parts. Vegetables can be processed quickly in a blender, with the exception of horseradish, which should be grated instead. Cover the vegetables completely with organic apple cider vinegar until the jar is almost full. Place the lid and vigorously shake the jar.

Let the main tonic soak in a cool place for 2 weeks. Do not forget to shake the bottle several times a day. At the end of the soak, filter the liquid through gauze into a clean jar and store it in a dark place or in the refrigerator. It will last a long time due to the vinegar.
