I still occasionally get pimples. In fact, it seems that now I receive more than when I was a teenager. Hormones Stress and diet play an important role in outbreaks. Gaining control of those areas in your life will help reduce the occurrence of a break. However, if you occasionally get an unsightly pimple, this acne spray will help you get rid of it without using chemicals.
Notes on the ingredients.
Green tea has been consumed in the Far East for centuries for medicinal purposes. It has been used to treat anything from headaches to depression. It is high in antioxidants, enzymes, amino acids, phytochemicals, B vitamins, folic acid, manganese, potassium, magnesium and caffeine.
Green tea helps improve the skin of your skin, too. Its anti-inflammatory capabilities are excellent for your skin, especially if you have acne. It helps eliminate toxins from the skin, heals spots and scars, and even improves the elasticity of the skin.
Mint is known for its ability to cure an upset stomach, but it can also help in the fight against pimples. Mint helps control the secretion of excess oil and prevents clogging of pores. It will also help illuminate your skin and give your face a fresh and tingling sensation.
Tea tree oil has powerful healing powers. It is antiviral and antifungal. The oil is used to treat ringworm, dandruff, cuts and scrapes, as well as acne and much more. It is strong: a little goes very far. Using too much tea tree oil on your skin can dry it.
Steep the Tea
Boil a cup of water. Add the green tea bag and the fresh mint leaves to the teapot. Let the leaves stand for 5 minutes.
Strain and cool
Once the tea has been prepared, strain and let it cool completely.
Add tea tree oil
Add the three drops of tea tree oil to the cooled tea. Do not do it anymore; Tea tree oil is strong!
How to use
Funnel the tea in a spray bottle or sir I find that using a mister or spray is the easiest way to apply to your face and other parts of the body. You can also pour the tea into a glass bottle and apply it on the face with a cotton ball. Gently clean the affected area with a mild, natural soap. Continue with the green tea and the mint spray. Let the air dry and then use a light, oil-free moisturizer. Use daily as needed.
