How to make a ginger bath

The ginger bath can be prepared with ginger powder or ginger tea. Prepare the tea with a few teaspoons of grated ginger and between 6 and 8 cups of water and let it infuse for 30 minutes. After having strained, you can add it in the bath water. Plant baths should last a minimum of 20 minutes.

A mixture of essential oils is equally better. Mix 3 drops of rosemary essential oil and 3 drops of ginger essential oil and add them to the bath water.
