1. How to make the rice pouring:
Wash the rice to remove the dirt and keep it in a container with water for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Now strain the water from the rice into a ceramic bottle or pot. Keep it at room temperature for 2 days or until you get a sour smell of water. Transfer this fermented water to a pan and boil, then let it cool. You can even add essential oils such as lavender, rosemary or tea tree oil and use alternating water for the shampoo with a gentle massage on the scalp and lengths. Wash your hair thoroughly.
2. Green tea shampoo:
Boil a cup of water and turn off the heat once the water starts to boil, then add a handful of green tea leaves, seal it with a lid or plate for 15 to 20 minutes. Use natural green tea leaves (instead of tea bags). Strain the tea into a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of tea tree oil and mix well. Transfer this mixture to an empty shampoo bottle and your green tea shampoo is ready to use. Apply this shampoo to wet hair, then leave it for 3 to 4 minutes and rinse hair thoroughly. We are also demanding oil in it, so shake well before using.
3. Baking soda shampoo:
Mix 1 tablespoon of baking soda with 4 tablespoons of water, depending on the length of your hair, you can adjust the amount. Massage this mixture of sodium bicarbonate on your scalp and continue with the total length of the hair. Leave it in the hair for 3 to 4 minutes and wash it. Finally rinse with apple cider vinegar as a conditioner. Leaving the mixture, you can keep it in a squeezed bottle and keep it in the shower. Shampoo recipe very simple but very good to clean the scalp.
4. Shampoo with coconut milk:
Grind the coconut in the mixing grinder and squeeze the milk. Combine coconut milk with 1 teaspoon of vitamin E and your choice of any essential oil in a bottle. Shake the bottle well to mix all the ingredients well. The next time you take a bath, give it a try!
5. Reetha and Shikakai:
Soak 1 tablespoon of methi seeds overnight and keep them aside. Now take a mixer grinder, add dried powder of reetha or Shikakai, hibiscus leaves and methi seeds and mix.
While taking a head bath, massage your scalp and hair with this mixture with a little water and rinse them.
