The trilogy is a set of three works of art that are connected, and that can be seen as a single work or as three individual works.
Fermentation is an art form and every individual food grown is, in itself, unique. These three foods provide different good bacteria and yeasts that improve the billions of bacteria in the body and allow them to thrive, grow and multiply.
This allows you, the guest, the opportunity to cure diseases, eliminate pathogens, improve digestion, produce serotonin and experience a multitude of other healing opportunities that would not otherwise have been possible. This is what I call ~ The trilogy
The trilogy is my secret weapon. It has changed my life and so many other lives. What is the trilogy? Three magical and powerful foods that I consume every day without fail. Are Kefir, kombucha and cultivated vegetables.; and they bring me more joy than I can express in words.
This is what I noticed most when I taught others about cultivated foods: when they consumed one of these foods they improved, but when they consumed all three they seemed to thrive. These three foods (kefir, kombucha and cultivated vegetables) are unique in themselves and each food contains a different set of bacteria and yeasts that we need to thrive and feel alive.
Homemade kefir has more than 50 good bacteria and yeasts. It is so powerful that I recommend that people consume only small amounts when they start using kefir, so as not to overwhelm their body with good bacteria. These bacteria are strong and will work by killing bad pathogens and bacteria, making some people feel uncomfortable. Kefir and its special bacteria microbes will make your home and keep the balance for you. It will add probiotics to any type of milk, be it cow's milk, goat's milk, coconut milk or almond milk. It will transform the milk, increasing the absorption of vitamins and nutrients, and will do so sitting on your counter in a glass jar while you make your day. Then, when you consume it, you will discover that it will digest your food, reduce inflammation, make elimination a breeze, and, well, the list is so long that it would take this entire page to explain everything. He transformed me and I do not leave a day without him. It was the first cultivated food that I started with and the one that changed me the most.
Kombucha … my, my, my, how I love this fermented tea.
Talk about powerful! It is a wonderful drink and there is nothing like it in the market. It helps eliminate toxins through the kidney, liver and intestines. I could notice, as I did, that kombucha can help you lose a lot of excess water weight. It helps eliminate excess swelling and fluid that accumulates in the tissues of chemically charged foods and alcohol.
I was talking to a friend this weekend and he noticed the same thing. On weekends, he tends to drink a lot of alcohol, he does not have his kombucha and he keeps a lot of liquids. The body tends to do this when it has many toxins. On the days of the week, when he returns to drink his kombucha, he releases the weight of the water and easily loses five pounds. This does not surprise me because kombucha is a cleanser of the liver and will help your liver eliminate the toxins that have accumulated. Kombucha will also help relieve the water retention that often occurs when the body protects the organs by clinging to water when under stress or a heavy toxic load.
3. Cultivated Vegetables
Everyone knows that vegetables are very good for you, but when you ferment, they become more powerful than before..
Let me tell you my little story about these vegetables. I went on a trip and did not have my vegetables grown for two weeks. I ate everything imaginable under the sun and enjoyed everything. Delights and desserts and, well, I was having a good time, but I had very little or no cultivated food.
My body has become accustomed to these foods and without them I am well for a time; but after a week or two, he rebels. I think he really gets mad at me and will create symptoms to get my attention. I have red rashes on my fingers and there is a body odor that I do not have often, as this is caused by harmful bacteria. My stomach will start to feel bloated and, well … let's say the elimination is not as pleasant as it can be. But the worst of all is that I get grumpy and cranky.
Yes, my family makes sure that I eat my grown foods. But as soon as I have as little as a big spoonful of cultivated vegetables, my insides make a happy dance and the cultivated vegetables begin to work inside me. Believe me, in a day or two I can feel it, see it, smell it and know it. They will clean me up, and then some. Talk about cleaning the house! They get down to work, remove all the inappropriate food that I had been eating and made me feel good again.
These foods are powerful and will train you to eat them because of what they can do. I've noticed that the home versions are much stronger and the benefits more, compared to the versions bought in the store. I recommend you try to make yours. The trilogy is something that I eat every day, and I want to share it with others because it will also change you.
