Foods high in sulfur, such as garlic, onion, asparagus and eggs. It includes fruits, seeds, grains and nuts. Your body tends to lose a lot of moisture in the summer, so it is important to regularly replenish the H2O. Drink plenty of water and fluids and your skin will stay soft and hydrated too.
